Shipping Costs May Vary and are non-refundable
Domestic Ground Shipping Charges for the Lower 48 States:
$15 For the Los Angeles Area
$20 for Orders at $25 to $350
$25 for Orders $351 to $500
$30 for Order $501 to $700
$35 for Order $701 to $1000
$45 for Orders $1001 Upward
Canadian flat rate is $30
International express flat rate is $70.00

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning. Please note that we ship with signature required for delivery.
International shipments must have recipient's email address & phone number along with shipping address when placing an online order. Please note that custom duties & import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
For non-sale/discounted purchases: we accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or store credit only upon our approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
